Free Mindfulness Sessions at UoC

During November, Fred Worsley from the Mental Health and Psychological Wellbeing team, and Alex Logan from the Chaplaincy will be offering Free Mindfulness Sessions for University of Cumbria students to focus on managing anxiety, the pressures of studying and exam stress.

These sessions will be held at the following venues on these specific dates, and at these times:

Ambleside in Rigg Cottage from 4 – 4.30 pm on 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th November. For more information see www.cumbria.ac.uk/counselling 

Fusehill Street in The Chapel from 4 – 4.30 pm on 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th November. For more information see www.cumbria.ac.uk/counselling 

Lancaster in The Quiet room behind the Chapel from 1 – 1.30 pm on 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th November. For more information see www.cumbria.ac.uk/chaplaincy
