Sky News are recruiting voluntary producers for the General Election next year.

They would like to offer students the opportunity to apply to take part in a digital camera project. This includes filming at the count location and inputting results into a Sky News built app. Their aim is to have a Sky News representative at each declaration. As they are unsure of the date of the election yet they are starting to put out initial feelers now so they can hit the ground running when the date is announced.

As the election could be as late as November 2024, they are reaching out for interested 1st/2nd year students.

Please see the checklist below to apply.
